Jackie Ray (Jack) McKay, 82, passed away October 9, 2023 in OKC, OK. He was born on January 8, 1941 in Anadarko, OK to Samuel and Rozella (Henderson) McKay.
Jack grew up in Anadarko, OK. He attended and graduated from the Anadarko Public Schools. Jack then joined the Army on August 11, 1961 and was honorably discharged on July 25, 1964. He was stationed in Korea while in the Army. When he returned home he was blessed with a son, Mike and daughter, Delores. Jack then met and married the love of his life, Darlene Baker on, June 27, 1972 in Lawton, OK.
He attended and graduated from USAO in Chickasha, OK with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. Since then they were blessed with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren that were the light of their life. Jack worked for the State of Oklahoma as an auditor and retired after a very successful career.
He was preceded in death by his: parents, Samuel and Rozella; son, Mike Mckay; siblings, Wilma Gowin, Elmer McKay, Eldon McKay, Arvella McLemore; and the mother of his children, Lavonna Smith.

Grandchildren: John McKay, Ashley Alvarado, Sean Capshew, Rachel Capshew, Michelle Capshew
Great Grandchildren: Landon McKay, Aiden Alvarado, Amira Alvarado, Colton McKay
Brothers: Larry and Donna McKay, Guthrie, OK and Bob McKay, Wichita, KS
He was loved by a host of family and friends.
