Ilatta Toppah, 50, of Carnegie, OK, passed away Saturday, September 27th, 2014 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, Lawton, OK. She was born to Theodore Brown Sr., and Carol Joyce Toppah, October 27, 1963 in Lawton, OK. Ilatta attended Carnegie Schools. Ilatta joined the United States Army and served under the 1st Calvary Division in Fort Hood, TX., from May of 1996 and was discharged September 30th, 1997. She was a member of Botone Memorial United Methodist Church and also a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. Ilatta was an avid fan of the Oklahoma Sooners, Oklahoma City Thunder and the Dallas Cowboys.
