Ida Fay Ratliff, 49, of Carnegie, OK, passed away Thursday, July 10th, 2014 at her residence. She was born May 19th, 1965 to Harvey Lee Sessums and Louisa Honeycutt in Clinton, OK. Ida loved her grandchildren and family. She also loved animals. Ida will be missed by all her family and friends.
