Ida Biggers Edens, 98, of Hobart, OK passed away on Tuesday, October 25th, 2011 in the Corn Heritage Village. She was born October 2, 1913 in Hobart, OK to John and May Curtis. Ida lived in and around Hobart all her life. She married George Robert "Buck" Biggers October 7, 1933. She then married Aaron Edens August 27, 1983 and he preceded her in death December 28, 1983. Ida was converted at an early age and was a member of the Washington Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Donald Biggers and his wife Vera, Shamrock, TX
three grandsons: David Biggers, Birmingham, AL
Greg Biggers, North Richland Hills, TX
Daren Biggers, Gunnison, CO
She was preceded in death by both husbands, son Robert Allen, one sister and one brother.
Graveside Services: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 29th, 2011
Hobart Rose Cemetery, Hobart, OK
Burial will follow under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, OK.
