Homer Turney, 68, of Carnegie, OK passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012 in Carnegie, OK.
He was born February 23, 1943 at Fort Cobb, OK to Jesse and Nora (Shuffield) Turney. He graduated from Fort Cobb High School in l961 and entered the U. S. Air Force for Two Years and the U. S. Navy for four years. Homer worked in the banking business as a vice president and branch manager for l9 years.
He also worked several years with the Department of Human Services in Anadarko, OK. He moved to Carnegie in 2002 and was a member of the American Legion and loved his family and friends.

Burial will follow in the Fort Cobb Cemetery, Fort Cobb, OK
under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie, OK
