Rev. Henry Leon Redbone Jr. aka "Tubby", 59, of Carnegie, OK passed away at his residence on January 21, 2022. He was born to Rev. Henry Leon Redbone Sr. and Barbara Ann Scott on April 19, 1962, in Lawton, OK. Tubby graduated Carnegie High Class of "81" then continued his education in carpentry at the Indian Capital Technology Center in Tahlequah, OK. He was also a Security Guard for several places such as the Kiowa Tribe Pow-Wows and Ft. Sill Indian School.
Tubby has had his Minister License for 20 years given by pastor Gary Usher of Rose Assembly of God Church in Mangum, OK. Tubby preached at various churches and prayed with anyone who asked for prayer.

Tub was always sick and in & out of hospitals and emergency rooms. Just to name a few, Carnegie, Lawton, and Oklahoma City and several others. When it was time for him to be released he would pull out his own I.V's because he wasn't going to wait around on the nurses. (OMG that guy!)

Color- Red (but liked blue too).
Saying- Tubby spoke many words too many to find just one.
Team- OU and Dallas Cowboys.
What he liked- Scratch off's and watching movies
Tubby has his own "Suite' at Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital, room number 211.
He is survived by: His one and only dog, "Buck", Loucreta Redbone Ponce, Paula Redbone, Alice "Butch" Salazar and husband John, all of Carnegie, Robert Redbone; His best friend, Michael Christiana; nieces and nephews, Domingo, Roben, and Christy, Wilson and Casey, Leslie and Raul, Maryann and Dustin, Stephanie and Robert, Felicia and Trevor, Juanalea and Alex; grandchildren, Keegan, Benny, Chesnee, Ryan, Chloe, Christa, Reighleigh, Henry, Xzavien, Ean, Klayton, Karson, Jerin, Triston, Luciah, Aleah, Malayna, Troy, Zayne, Teaguen and Alicede; aunts and uncles, Thomas and Tessie Starr, Alice Monetachie, Philip and Inola Killsfirst Sr., Harry Starr Sr., Nellie Fletcher, Dennis and Clara Chewey, Tommy and LuElla Scott, Anile Locust, Jerry and Mary Scott, Dan Scott.
Proceeded in death by wife, Marla Cooper Redbone, parents, Rev. Henry Leon Redbone Sr., and Barbara Ann Redbone Nestell, Bruce Nestell, grandparents, Herbert Redbone Tselee, Rosie Zotigh Horsechief, Daniel Scott, Lula Scott, brother-in-law, Benancio Ponce, niece Leanndra (Hooter) Redbone, numerous grandparents, uncles, and aunts.
Leading the service is best friend and adopted Indian brother, Travis Goergen.
