Helen Jo Jennings

Helen Jo Jennings, 81, of Roosevelt, OK, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014, in Lawton, OK. She was born in Ringling, Oklahoma, on January 4, 1933, to Joseph Benjamin Eli and Bessie (Lile) Madewell. Helen married Bobby W. Jennings on June 1, 1950, in Snyder, Oklahoma. She farmed with Bobby for many years. She worked at McMahon Tomlinson Nursing Center for seven years. Helen was a member of the First Baptist Church in Roosevelt, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her three daughters:
Karla Jackson and husband Renny, Roosevelt, OK
Brenda Frey and husband Larry, Amarillo, TX
Teresa Tuck and husband Hershel, Fletcher, OK
one son: Terry Wayne Jennings and wife Kim, Mangum, OK
nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bobby on March 28, 2006, one sister Dorothy Hicks in 2012.

Family will greet friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at 3 p.m.
