Helen Majorie Howl, 98, of Hobart, Oklahoma, passed away February 15th, 2017. Helen was born November 6th, 1918 to William Rollie and Mamie Lou (McMurry) Duggan on a farm west of Rocky, Oklahoma. She grew up and attended Hobart schools graduating in 1935. Helen married Clarence Howl on January 8, 1938. She was active in managing the family farms. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, caregiver for family members, loved gardening and raising Iris, loved playing the piano and organ, cooking large meals for her family, and loved her nieces and nephews.

1granddaughter: Karen Howl & wife Cindy Clements of Trinidad, CO
2 grandsons: Brad Howl and wife Mary, Weatherford, OK,
Jeffrey Rogers of Los Angeles, CA
2 great grandsons: Parker & Connor
Preceded in death by: Husband, son Gene Howl, Parents, 2 Sisters, 1 Brother.
A graveside service for Helen will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Hobart Rose Cemetery in Hobart, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, Oklahoma.
