Helen Loretta (Billy) Cannon, 84, passed away December 29, 2020 at Mercy Hospital, OKC, OK. Se was born on July 11, 1936 to Solomon Billy and Mary Jane (Lewis) Billy in Atoka, OK. Helen grew up Lane County.
She graduated from the Haskill High School, Lawrence, KS. She had four wonderful children, Bernie, Charles, Jerry James, and Karen. Helen worked as a IIM Accounts Manager and retired from the BIA. She loved taking care and cooking for her family and grandchildren.
