Hazle Bernice Stephens, was born October 13th, 1915 in Cowden, Oklahoma to Azor H. and Zoe (Gillum) Stephens.
She lived most of her adult life in Oklahoma City, where she retired form Tinker AFB in 1978. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother, Thomas Melvin Stephens, of Oklahoma City. She is survived by 2 brothers, Jimmy Charles of Cordell and Orville Dawson of Mt. View. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 12 great nieces and nephews, 18 great great nieces and nephews, and 3 great great great nieces and nephews. She passed away on May 27th, 2010 at Corn Heritage Village in Weatherford, Oklahoma.
Graveside Services: 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 29th 2010 at Sappington Chapel Cemetery, Mountain View, Oklahoma.
