Hazel Marie Fortune

Hazel Marie Fortune, 88, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015, in Hobart, Oklahoma. She was born on November 25, 1926, in Sedan, Oklahoma to Franklin Pierce and Mary Caroline (Ore) Greer. Hazel was raised along with four sisters and three brothers on the Greer farm. She worked as a Nurse at the Good Samaritan Home for 30 years. Hazel married Wesley Trimble and had one daughter, Wilma. She was a wonderful and loving, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Hazel was always giving advice and helping people. She loved another very special friend in her life, Martha Jones and she will be missed by everyone.

She is survived by her two sisters: Bernice Koch, Oklahoma City, OK
Betty Bunch, Nacogdoches, TX
one daughter: Wilma Weitner and husband Richard, Hobart, OK
two granddaughters: Ginger Corbin and Dan, Sentinel, OK
Laura Weitner and Brandon Lipscomb, Huntington, WV
three great-grandchildren: Dillon Corbin and wife Desirae, Sentinel, OK
Cali Corbin and Dusty Fry, Sentinel, OK
Dayson Corbin, Sentinel, OK
two great great-grandsons: Caylan Sanders, Sentinel, OK
Dexton Corbin, Sentinel, OK
many nieces and nephews
a special friend and neighbor she called her son, Anthony Tiso.


She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert E. McClung, her brothers Eddie Greer, Cecil Greer, and Lawrence Greer, sisters Gladys Holmes and Lois Peters.
