Guy Lynn Brower

Guy Lynn Brower, 92, passed away January 31, 2021 in Chickasha, OK. He was born October 27, 1928 in Gracemont, OK to Charles Matthew and Annie Bell (Tefertiller) Brower. He grew up in the Gracemont area. He graduated from Gracemont high school in 1947.
He and Roberta Hancock married in Cactus TX, August 21, 1947. They moved to Pasadena, TX in the middle 50's and then back to OK in the early 70's. He owned and operated Brower's Grocery with his brother Curt for a few years in Gracemont. Then he farmed and ran cattle until the early 90's. He enjoyed traveling across America in his retirement years. He enjoyed fishing, his garden, drinking coffee and eating cookies. In his later years he enjoyed reading and going to church. Roberta passed away in 1991.
He later married Verna Davis in December 1992. They had a wonderful time laughing and loving life. She passed away in 2003.

Son: Brad & wife Suzi Davis, TX
Grandchildren: Michelle & husband, Rodney Palesano, Chickasha, Ok; Luke Gudgel, Gracemont, OK; Rachel Davis, TX; and Hudson Davis, TX;
Great Grandchildren: Lauren Palesano, Chickasha, OK and Dawson Palesano, Chickasha, OK
Numerous nieces and nephews.
