Gregory Harold Gunning

Gregory Harold Gunning, 53, of Cordell, Oklahoma passed away peacefully with his family by his side on July 31st, 2021 at the Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on March 11th, 1968 to Francis and Doris Gay (Floyd) Gunning in Elk City, Oklahoma. Greg grew up and attended school in Cordell and graduated from Cordell High School. After high school Greg attended college and received his Bachelor's Degree and worked in the family business as a Land Surveyor. Greg met the love of his life, Elaina Ramirez and they were united in marriage on February 22, 2020 in Bessie, Oklahoma. In his free time he loved serving on the Oklahoma Disaster Baptist Relief, he traveled to many states for relief missions. Greg enjoyed restoring old cars and collected antique survey equipment and stamps. He was a past President of the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors and an avid OU fan. Greg coached his son's soccer team, winning all their games and going to State and winning. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his family.
