Gordon Bert Woodard, 56, of Carnegie, OK, went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, August 24, 2023. Gordon was born on August 2, 1967, to Bertalee & Thomas Woodard Sr. at the Lawton Indian Hospital in Lawton, OK. Gordon grew up in Carnegie and Anadarko Oklahoma while attending Carnegie high School, Class of 1985. Gordon was united in marriage to Deanna Delp, September 3, 1993 in Coeur D'Alene Idaho. Gordon was an active member of the Kiowa Tribe and also descendent of the Comanche Tribe. Gordon worked for a couple of businesses in Spokane Washington before moving back to Oklahoma where he was a Cross Country truck driver for the truck with a bible on it (as he would say) and a dorm matron for the Delaware dorm at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko Oklahoma. Gordon was an avid fan of the Oklahoma Sooners and Dallas Cowboys . Gordon was a talented artist and enjoyed listening to gospel music and worshiping God. Gordon was a loving and caring father, brother and a father figure to all of his nieces and nephews but his greatest joy was spending time with his Kohns and watching them grow.

Nephew Damien Woodard Lawton, OK

Preceded in death by his Parents: Bertalee & Thomas Woodard Sr., Grandparents: Bertalee & Oliver Woodard and Helen & Bert Seahmer, Sister: Mary Woodard AKA "Myrtle", Brother: Willis Woodard AKA "Da Willy Will", Special Nephew: Jacob Woodard, Special Brothers: Albert Boyiddle AKA "AB" and Pete Seahmer, Special Sister: Geretta Ann Whitecrow AKA "Mamacita".
