Ginger Ann Pearce, a mother, Mamaw, wife, sister, friend, and most importantly, a Child of God, passed away on Sunday, December 8th in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 75.
Ginger Pearce lived a life worthy of recognition and praise. She was a faithful servant of the Lord, and in following His word, she was able to leave a long lasting legacy in the community of Sentinel, Oklahoma where she resided the majority of her life.
While in Sentinel, Ginger was very active in many aspects of the town, and she became a true pillar for the community. She served on the town's EMS service for numerous years, she was on countless church and town committees, she was a proud supporter of the Sentinel School system, and she helped build and open up a very successful business in the town of Sentinel, Pearce's Southside. She built this store from the ground up and helped turn it into a staple in the community that people could come to for their everyday needs, but also a spot where they could come and eat, visit, and relax. This store was her pride and joy, second only to the love she had for her family. When we say Ginger would do anything for her family, we mean it. She was the one that would have you text her when you made it home safely. She was the one to make sure you never went without food, money, or clothes. She was the one to create and keep holiday traditions alive. She was the ultimate cook and made whipping up a meal for 15 look like a breeze. She bore the burdens of those she loved, and did so with a smile. Through all the actions listed above and many more, Ginger Pearce was a lady who loved fiercely and deeply.
We cannot fully capture with words just how impactful of a life Ginger Pearce lived. She will be missed dearly by her friends, community, church, her family, and all of those that had the pleasure of crossing paths with her.
"Well done my good and faithful servant".
