Gilbert Cecil Stockton

Gilbert Cecil Stockton Jr., 79, of Hobart Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2022, in Weatherford Oklahoma. He was born on December 31, 1942, to Gib and Harriett Lee Stockton in Hobart, Oklahoma. Cecil met Riletta Whitcomb, and they were married on April 16, 1966, in Hobart, OK. He attended Hobart High School and graduated in 1961 and furthered his education by attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University graduating in 1974. Cecil served in the United States Army during the Vietnam war and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Hobart. Cecil enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
