Gilbert Neugent

Gilbert Neugent, 73, of Spencer, Oklahoma, passed away April 29, 2019. He was born on December 12, 1945 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Gilbert C. and Della (Gray) Neugent. Gilbert attended school in Hobart, Oklahoma. He was a member of Mt. Pilgrim. He spent many years working for Steve Casada after working in construction. He loved to fish and he loved to laugh and tell jokes. Gilbert will be deeply missed.

He is survived by one son, Corey Washington of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
one grandson, Corey Washington Jr., of Lawton, Oklahoma,
siblings: Jerry Neugent of Hobart, Oklahoma,
Loris Pewo and husband Tyrone of Hammon, Oklahoma,
Nina Southern of Lawton, Oklahoma,
Patricia Lemisio of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
2 special friends: Jimmy Hicks of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Martha Skinner of Mangum, Oklahoma,
as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by is parents, 4 brothers: M.D. Neugent, John Neugent, Buster Neugent, and J.C. Neugent, and 2 sisters: Gilberta Turnbull and Doris Elix.
