In Loving Memory of Georgia Cornwell
1948-2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Georgia Cornwell, who left this world peacefully on April 5, 2025, at the age of 77. Surrounded by love, she departed with grace, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and unwavering devotion to those she held dear.
Born in Anadarko, OK, Georgia lived a life marked by compassion and strength. She was a guiding light to her family and a friend to many. Georgia had a passion for helping others; she spent much of her time volunteering and working in service to her community.
Her greatest joy was her family, whom she loved fiercely and unconditionally. A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, her wisdom, humor, and spirit were a comfort and inspiration to all who knew her.
Georgia is survived by her children, Stacie Nath and Vern Schrimsher; her grandchildren, Erik, Shane, Heaven, Alaisha, Serena, Roger, Jeremy, Jake, and Jenna; her great-grandchildren, Sophie, Lainey, Jakotah, Alayah, Kylan, Chael, Alyssa, Justin, Leslie, and Emily; and her great-great-grandchildren, Ford and Kyland- all of whom carry her love with them each day.
Though her absence leaves a void that can never be filled, her memory lives on in the countless lives she touched.
Her life was a beautiful example of love in action, and though she may be gone from our sight, she will never be gone from our hearts.
