Gary Lee Smith

Gary Smith, 65, Anadarko resident passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at his residence. Gary was born August 21, 1953 to Bob and Betty (Deitchman) Smith in Chickasha, OK. He graduated from Anadarko High School in 1971. Gary was united in Marriage to Cookie (Carter) Smith on April 3, 1987 in Wichita Falls, TX.
Gary owned and operated Smith and Son's Building Center for the past 40 Years. He served on the Mid-American Lumberman Association Board from 2008-present, Serving as the President in 2010-2011. He has been a member of (OLA) Oklahoma Lumberman's Association which has merged with (CLA) Construction Supplier's Association for the past 20 years.
Gary was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Anadarko, OK, Knights of Columbus.
