Gabriel Marcos Villanueva, 46, of Anadarko, OK was born March 28, 1974 in Cleburne, TX to David and Vickie Villanueva. He left his earthly home on Sunday, May 3, 2020 in Lawton, OK.
Gabe attended school in Texas, leaving high school early to obtain his GED and start his schooling at DeVry University. He worked for years as a Draftman, his specialty was in masonry/rock work. He was most proud of his work on the Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor Walk at the team world headquarters & practice facility in Frisco, Texas. Gabe was highly intellectual and could carry on conversations and debates over most any subject. He was an entrepreneur, having opened Piggie's BBQ in Anadarko, OK. He was also a gifted artist, guitarist, mechanic, blacksmith but above all, he was a loving husband, father, son, brother and loyal friend. His hobbies included riding his motorcycle, gardening with his wife, he loved taking care of his dogs, cooking, he loved his niece and nephew and he loved spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his wife Vikki, of the home; his son Matthew Pohocsucut, of the home; Levi Pohocsucut, of Lawton, OK; his parents David & Vickcie Villanueva, of Euless, TX; his brother Blas Villanueva and wife Kelly, of Albuquerque, NM; his nephew Blas (Gus) Villanueva and niece Wavey Villanueva of Albuquerque, NM; Patrick, Chris, Tania, Joan and Lisette Butler of Grapevine, TX; many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members as well as his best friends Matt Krause, Pete Hernandez, Mike DiQuinzio, Tim Taylor, Keith Bickel, Scott Brussard, Sean Harrigan, Amanda White and many more friends and loved ones. Gabe will be greatly missed!
