Gabriel "Gabe" Garza

Gabriel "Gabe" Garza was born August 1st, 1997, at Camp Pendleton Naval Base in Oceanside, California to Teresa Toppah and Brian Jersey. He was a citizen of the Kiowa Tribe and is of Cheyenne, Arapaho, and Mexican descent.

Gabe attended several different schools in Texas and Oklahoma being the son of military veterans. As a child he enjoyed playing with cars and with his toy guns. His love for guns grew as he became older, spending his free time cleaning and caring for them. He loved to be outdoors practicing shooting and hanging out with his family and friends, a true country boy.

Gabe was a good son, grandson, a great friend, and a loving father. He spent a lot of time being around his boys, doing his best to show them good ways, and working to provide a better life for them. He loved to work with his hands and enjoyed activities that challenged his strength. Outside of work, he took pleasure in telling stories, making people laugh, playing his PlayStation, and living life to the fullest. He had a huge heart, was a loyal friend, and took delight in helping others. He would have been a great man if allowed more time here on earth. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
