G. C. Baxter, 76, passed away at his home in Carnegie, Oklahoma on Saturday, November 27th, 2010.
He was born March 19, 1934 in Springer, OK to Grover Cleveland and Ailene (Beck) Baxter. He lived most of his life in Oklahoma City and moved to Carnegie three years ago. G. C. married Paula Flager on March 19, 1979 in Oklahoma City. He loved fishing and basketball, especially OSU.
Survivors include his wife, Paula, Carnegie, OK
son, Dean Baxter and wife Monique, Moore, OK
daughter, Tina Rowten, Ardmore, OK
daughter, Patty Keen and husband, Jimmy, Plainview, OK
6 grandchildren and 4 great-granchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter.
