Mr. Frank Dewey Mingus went to be with the Lord on August 29th, 2016 in Tulsa OK. Frank was born February 17, 1920 in Cyril, Oklahoma to John & Katherine Swaub Mingus.
Frank married the "Love of his Life" Ruby Lee (Shipman) on February 21, 1940 in Anadarko,Oklahoma. Frank retired from Western Farmers Electric after thirty years of service. Frank was also a Navy Veteran of WWII. Frank loved fishing (except when Ruby Lee would outfish him). He also loved traveling in his 5th wheel and enjoyed most of all spending time with his family.
Frank is survived by his spouse, Ruby Lee of the home
His son Robert Mingus and wife Sue of Weatherford, Oklahoma
His daughter, Carolyn Jessee and husband Bob Russell
4 Grandchildren: Jim Means & wife Meredith of Tulsa, OK
Erin Harp & husband Ron Ledford of Tulsa, OK
Deleise Klaasson & her husband David of Edmond, OK
Erica Ward & her husband Terry of Edmond, OK
Great Grandchildren: Meghan, Carter, Blake, Max, Avery, Garrett, Tyler, Riley, Cole, Tristan, Rahbin, & Taryn.
