Frances Myrtle Miller, 74, of Geary, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015, in Geary. Frances was born to Jody and Ola (Fite) Skidmore on February 25, 1941, in Tenessee Colony, Texas.
She started school in Fort Cobb and later in Eakly. Frances worked in cotton and peanut growing up and even after having her own family. She was united in Marriage to Ennis Howard Miller on August 3, 1956, in Anadarko, OK. Frances was a cook for Eakly Schools for a while. She and her partner, Carolyn Cope, ran a cafe in Eakly for a couple of years. Frances and her husband moved to California where she worked as a secretary for a vending company. In 1989, they moved back to Oklahoma and then Texas until retiring back in Oklahoma in 1995 on an acreage near Manitou, OK.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, daughter, Rita Renee; grandson, Joey Sousa; granddaughter Ashley Baker; brother, Joe Skidmore; three sisters, Juanita Mayner, Ruby Smith and Clara Townsend.
Survivors include 3 sons: Andy Miller and wife, Marilyn, Manitou, OK
Randy Miller and Diane, Weatherford, OK
Darryl Baker and Debora, Mcloud, OK
2 Daughters: Debbie Holman and husband, Terry, Geary, OK
Ruby Bussell and husband, James, Anadarko, OK

1 Sister: Helen Keenum, Denton, TX, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services:
1 P.M., Thursday, September 24, 2015, First United Methodist Church, Manitou, OK
Burial will be in the Sappington Cemetery near Gotebo, OK
