Frances Ann Villicana Crandell Park, 71, passed away August 9, 2021, Integris Hospice House, Oklahoma City, OK. Frances was born in Anadarko, Oklahoma on November 28, 1949. She was raised in her early years in Anadarko, then later relocated, with her parents to Oklahoma City where she attended Sacred Heart Catholic School, Mount Saint Mary's High School, and Capitol Hill High School. She later graduated in Oklahoma City.

After graduating, she went into the workforce doing administrative office work. After she married Thomas Edward Crandell and traveled throughout the United States, she continued to do administrative work and raise their children. She left her employment in Seattle, WA to relocate in the United Kingdom. She resumed employment in the office of Nuclear Medicine, Royal Surrey County Hospital, Surrey, U.K. from 2003-2007, before returning to the United States with her husband, John E. Park. They resided in Harrah, Oklahoma. She moved to Oklahoma City and was employed with the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Cardiology Department, Oklahoma City in 2007 until her retirement in 2021.

Frances received a degree of Bachelor of Science, (Business Administration/Accounting) from Griffin University, Seattle, WA. She received degree of Associate of Applied Science at Pikes Peak Community College; Colorado Springs, Colorado, June 6, 1981. Received a degree of Associate in Arts at The University of Hawaii, Pearl City, Hawaii, May 12, 1989.

Frances Villicana Crandell Park is the firstborn daughter of Eli and Ann Tainpeah Villicana, both of Anadarko, Okla. She is the oldest of their four daughters, no brothers. She is a descendant of the Kiowa, Wichita, and Comanche tribes. She is the granddaughter of Octaviano Villicana and Louise Asetoyer Villicana; Guy Tainpeah and Alice Pickard, all of Anadarko, Okla.

She was a member Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oklahoma City, Okla. In Seattle, WA she attended and served in her church, until she moved out-of-state. She attended and served at her church in Harrah, Oklahoma. She very much enjoyed traveling, loved animals, especially her pet cats & dogs, and listening to music, pow-wows. She enjoyed talking with close and extended family members and friends.

Frances is survived by her daughter: Manon Crandell Hijazi, San Diego, CA; her grandson Carlos Norberte, of San Diego, CA; her great-grandaughter Chloe Norberte, San Diego, CA.; three sisters: Renee Bruesch of Oklahoma City, OK, Y. Michelle Hummingbird, Carnegie, Ok, Dione Hackworth of Oklahoma City, OK. Five nieces, and two nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Eli Villicana and Ann Tainpeah Villicana; and her son Dana Tainpeah Crandell.
