Florence Tustison, 101, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, in Grove, Oklahoma. She was born on the Boyer home place north of Carnegie, Oklahoma on December 25, 1914, to Roy and Minta (Martin) Boyer. Florence graduated from Carnegie High School in 1932. She went on to Oklahoma State University getting a Master's Degree in Home Economic Education. Florence married Herbert Tustison on Sept. 3, 1938, in Stillwater, OK. She was the Home Economic teacher for 23 years at Sentinel Public Schools. Florence has lived in Tealridge Retirement Community in Edmond, OK for 15 years. In her later years she enjoyed reading, playing card games, and writing her memories. Florence loved to visit family and be involved with her grandchildren and great grandchildren activities. She recently moved with her daughter and son-in-law in November 2015.

and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and students.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one daughter Donna Williams.
