Fernando "Buddy" Reyes, 68, passed away September 14, 2022 in OKC, OK. He was born October 6, 1953 in Lawton, OK to Albert and Georgia (Standing) Tounwin.
Buddy grew up in the Caddo County area. He attended and graduated from Gracemont Public School in 1971. Buddy married the love of his life, Cecilia. He had two children, Sheree and Torrey. Buddy then helped raise Kristina, Stewart and Sadie Prentiss. They were the joy of his life plus his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He got his Auto Mechanics and Ministry certificates. Buddy was a Deacon of Rock Spring Church, OK and at the Standing Memorial Indian Baptist Church, Anadarko, OK. He loved his Lord and worked in the churches that he was member of.
Buddy worked as a sorter for the Liberty and MidFirst banks at night. He worked as an auto mechanic, carpentry, and Bordwine located in Chickasha, OK. Buddy loved supporting OSU because the family loved OU. He played with the Bad Medicine and Renegade team in Anadarko. When he got hurt, he continued working outside, cars, building cell phone towers, trailers, farming, fishing, working puzzles, and shopping at Goodwill, flea market, garage sales and Walmart. Buddy always had a dog he loved from childhood.
He was preceded in death by his: wife, Cecilia; parents, Albert & Georgia; Grandparents, Rev George & Sadie Standing, Manuel & Ignacia Reyes; step dad, Rev. Melvin Tounwin; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
Buddy is survived by his:
