Evelyn Joyce Ratliff

Evelyn Joyce Nix Ratliff was born April 10, 1927 in Oolagah, Oklahoma to Amos and Dovie Boatmun Nix. Evelyn passed from this life on March 14, 2016 at her home in Carnegie, Oklahoma at the age of 88 years.

Evelyn was married to Hansel Ratliff July 17, 1945. Together they had five sons and one daughter.

Evelyn was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Assembly of God Church.

Evelyn is survived by a son, Terry Ratliff of Carnegie, daughter Martha and her husband James Milligan of Poteau, Oklahoma, son Ricky Ratliff of St.Caire, Pennsylvania, and a son Michael Ratliff of Carnegie, Oklahoma Eleven grancdhildren and and fifteen great grandchildren

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Wanda and Arlene; two sons Bill Ratliff and James Ratliff and one granddaughter Nina Ratliff.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ratliff will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 18, 2016 at the Faith Assembly of God Church with James Gunter officiating and interment will be at the Carnegie Cemetery, Carnegie, Oklahoma.
