Elwanda Shipp, 76, Mountain View, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, September 24th, 2016. She was born on September 25, 1939 to Albert and Carrie (Dean) Cooper in Sentinel, Oklahoma. Elwanda wore many hats but her favorite job was being a homemaker for the last 30 years. She was an active member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Mountain View.
