Ella L. Mccormick

Ella McCormick, 93, Edmond, OK, passed away Friday, April 19th, 2013 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born May 27, 1919, to Fred Jasper and Selma Z. (Flowers) Haskins in Bryan County, TX. Ella married John McCormick May 14, 1939 in Gotebo, OK and he preceded her in death November 14, 1957. Ella had lived most of her life in Gotebo and Cordell. She had worked at the Cordell Hospital, ASCS office in Cordell and SWOSU in Weatherford. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cordell, OK.

She is survived by one son:
Don W. McCormick and wife Lou Ann, of Hinton, OK
one daughter: Rita Ann Adams and husband, Larry, Edmond, OK
11 grandchildren
23 great-grandchildren
one great-great-granddaughter
one brother Leon Haskins and wife Nadine, Pierre, SD
numerous nieces and nephews

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Johnny, and 2 brothers Ben Haskins and Casey Haskins.
