Elizabeth Jean Aubert, 86, of Hobart, Oklahoma passed away February 15th, 2018. She was born August 31st, 1931 in Carthage, Tennessee to Robert and Bertha (Ballinger) Carter. She married Vincent Columbus Aubert on May 13,1967 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Garden Club and the Washington Street Baptist Church in Hobart. She was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She put together the church bulletins and was involved with campers on mission trips. She loved to drink coffee with Barbara Sue and her lady friends at Booth Drug.
She is survived by her husband Vincent Aubert of the home,
two sons: Jim Frye, Hobart, Oklahoma,
Larry Frye and wife Darline, Hinton, Oklahoma,
12 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren,
one sister Carolyn Hudson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
four brothers: Larry and Nancy Carter, North Carolina,
Wayne and Connie Carter, Canton, Ohio,
Ronnie Carter, Kentucky,
Clyde and Lynn Carter, Ohio,
three daughters: Vicki Long and husband Vick, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
Pam King, Midwest City, Oklahoma,
Debbie Adam, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Bertha Carter, daughter-in-law LaDonna Frye, and one sister Suzie Ward.
