Eleanor Ann "Ellie" Brandt, 86 of Anadarko, Oklahoma passed away at her home on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Ellie was born February 1, 1932 in Havensvillle, Kansas to Clinton and Theresa Shehi Poague. She married Dick Brandt in 1950, who passed away in 2010 They had two children, Trenda and John.

Ellie touched many, many people. Her smile, her laugh, and generous loving heart. Her kindness and gentle ways always filled a room as she walked in. Now she brightens heaven in the same way as she brightened our lives.

Ellie was an Avon Representative for 31 years. She met and made a lot friends with her business and never met a stranger. She continued to meet people when she went to work at Wal-Mart as a greeter. She also worked at the peanut plant in Anadarko. She loved dancing, especially with Ralph and Gladys McCullough and Charlie Rowell. She also loved playing bingo. She was a member of the Anadarko Church of the Nazarene. She loved her grandchildren and especially getting to spend time with them. Ellie will especially miss Butch, her constant companion.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dick Brandt, grandson Ian Brandt, 1 brother, Duane Poague, 3 sisters, Arliss Wannamaker, Nona McMasters, and Laura Beals.

Funeral Service is scheduled for
11:00 Saturday, April 21, 2018
The Church of the Nazarene, Anadarko, Oklahoma
Interment to follow in Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, Oklahoma
