Keith Hooper, 60, of Mountain View, OK, passed away Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born to Thomas and Betty (Flinn) Hooper, November 5th, 1954 in Carnegie, OK. Keith graduated from Mountain View High School in 1973. He was united in marriage to Cheryl Frank, September 20, 1975 in Mountain View, OK.

three grandchildren, Damon and Shelby Newman, Yale, OK

He was preceded in death by his parents.
