Edward Clayton (Eddie Bob) Pendley, 53, Cyril, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at his home in Cyril.

He was born on August 17, 1961, in Anadarko, Oklahoma, to Gene and Ernestine Pendley. Eddie grew up in Anadarko, Oklahoma. He attended Anadarko Public Schools where he took pride in his wrestling ability. He became All-American his freshman year. After High School he married and moved to Cyril, OK, and had two children. Eddie began raising his family by working in the oilfield. He later worked as a mechanic, he had his own back-hoe service, he pipe lined, welded, a highway worker and he drove cross country as a truck driver. He was a jack of all trades. He became a proud grandfather in 2000. He loved spending time with his children, grand children and family, riding motorcycles, playing cards, dominoes, camping, swimming with grand kids and most of all, making memories with family and friends.

He is survived by his son, Brandon Pendley an wife Kacie, Cyril, OK
one daughter, Misty Pendley and husband Brian, Chickasha, OK
one brother, Tommy Pendley and wife Glenda, Chickasha, OK
one sister, Tammy Box and husband Ron, Sulphur, OK
four granddaughters, Paige, Brailei, M'Kaile, Danika
one grandson, Korbin

He was preceded in death by his mother Ernstine Pendley, and father Gene Pendley


Funeral Services: 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 14, 2015
Family LIfe Church, Cyril, OK
Officiating: Rev. Donnie Miller
Burial will follow at Celestial Gardens Cemetery, Cyril, Oklahoma, under the direction of Steverson Funeral Home, Anadarko, OK
