Earnestine Dellafay Miller, 78, passed away on January 5, 2023 in her home surrounded by her family in Anadarko, OK. She was born November 7, 1944, to Ernest Jr. and Mary (Neal) Peteet in Gracemont, OK.
Earnestine attended Lincoln High School, and later on received her GED from Anadarko High School. She married Leonard Miller, Sr. August 7, 1971, in Chickasha, OK. They were blessed with Victor Peteet, Jackie Miller, Keith Miller and stepchildren, Craig Miller, Deedra Miller, Leonard Miller Jr.
Earnestine worked at Maremont in Chickasha, OK. She was a choir director and active member of Greater First Baptist Church and a member of Herons of Jericho Costella Gaines Court #3 and Chickasha Community Gospel Choir for 24 years. Earnestine loved singing praises to the Lord and attending church as a family. Her hobbies were enjoying time with her family and doing crossword puzzles and playing cards.
She was preceded in death by her; parents, Ernest Jr. and Mary Peteet; son, Victor Peteet; brothers; Juan Peteet, Edward James Peteet, Vernon Peteet; Paternal grandparents: Ernest Peteet Sr. and Ivory Peteet; Aunt Betty Jo Johnson; Parents-in-law: Olivia Oliver and Jimmy Miller; Brother-in-laws: Herman Moore and Roy Oliver, Sister-in law, Vegiemay Willhoite.
Earnestine is survived by her: Husband, Leonard Miller Sr. of the home
