Earl J. Hinson, Jr.

Earl Joseph Hinson, Jr., was born October 25, 1945, in Lancaster, South Carolina to Earl J. Hinson, Sr. and Grace (Collins) Hinson. He passed from this life on August 3, 2012, in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
Mr. Hinson grew up in Lancaster, South Carolina and attended school there, graduating from Lancaster High School. After college he worked for IBM and had held several management positions in California, Florida and Sydney, Australia. He retired in 2001. He obtained a realtors license and and worked for Weichert Realtors, Sun, Sand, and Sea Homes for 10 years, retiring in 2011.
Earl was preceded in death by his Parents and one brother J. Wayne Hinson.
Survivors include, one daughter, Kathleen Butler and husband Paul of Methuen, MA, two sons, Earl Hinson III of Indiantown FL. and Paul Hinson and wife Laurie Cruz of Tampa, FL.; one brother Kenneth “Butch†Hinson of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by his companion Janelle Lester of Anadarko, OK.
A memorial service is being planned and will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to ALS, 888-949-2577. Arrangements by Steverson Funeral Home, Anadarko, OK.
