Dustin Alan Stockton

Dustin Alan Stockton was born on September 20, 1974, in Ada, Oklahoma to Gary & Letitia (Griffin) Stockton. He passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack at his home in Altus, Oklahoma on April 21st, 2021, at 46 years old.
Dustin's first place to live was in Hobart, Oklahoma. He attended Hobart Public Schools where he graduated from high school in 1992. He moved to Stillwater after graduation and worked at Eskimo Joe's making t-shirts. He attended SWOSU at Sayre. Throughout his life, he worked in the construction industry and for Kiowa County District #2 for three years. From 2000 until his time of death he worked at Quartz View Meat Co in Altus with his dad. He attended the Church of Christ. Dustin loved fishing. He had a kind heart and took numerous people in. If they didn't have a home, Dustin gave them one. He was a quiet person who was always thoughtful.

Survivors include his parents, Gary & Letitia Stockton of Hobart, OK; brother Steve Stockton and sister-in-law Karrie of Hobart, OK; brother Chad Stockton of Altus, OK and nieces Jamie Stockton and Jessie Stockton. Dustin is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his sister Stephanie Stockton; paternal grandparents Gib & Harriett Stockton; maternal grandparents Harold and Yvonne Griffin; special great aunts Ruth Lee & Ann Lee.
