Don R. Huffman, 84, was born on September 28, 1936 to George Huffman and Emma (Awalt) Huffman in Lawton, Oklahoma. Don passed away on July 4, 2021 at his home in Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Don enjoyed eating and traveling. He was a front end mechanic for several years, before beginning to work in thrift shops. Don married Helen Lee Hayes. To this union was born three children: Michael, John, and Betsy.
Don is survived by his daughter, Betsy Huffman of Visalia, California; brother, Randy Huffman of Eugene, Oregon; sister, Barbara Saunders and husband, Carl "Mickey" of Narrows, Virginia; grandson, William Lee Richards of Kingman, Arizona; nephew, Jack Huffman of Golden Valley, Arizona.
Don is preceded in death by his ex-wife, Helen Lee Hayes; parents, George and Emma Huffman; sons, Michael and John Huffman; grandson, Christopher James Richards; special friend, Nadine Wolf-Tucker and her husband, Everett of Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Under the direction of Ray and Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie, Oklahoma.
