Deihl Van Delk, 75, of Mountain View, OK was born at home March 23rd, 1937 in the community of Green Valley to Alton and Thelma (Zimmerman) Delk. Van passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 4th, 2012. Van married the love of his life, Carolyn Jean Cox, on October 13, 1955. They shared fifty seven years together south of Mountain View. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Hobart, OK. He loved cattle, roping and singing. Because of his love of music, he taught himself to play the guitar, the piano, and the fiddle. Van will be remembered his integrity, his love for children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and for being a good brother, uncle, and neighbor.
