Debbie Marie Robinson Norwood was born September 17, 1957 in Amarillo, Texas to Hosea and Winnie Mae (Cheedle) Robinson. She was called home on Sunday, July 21, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
Debbie graduated from Anadarko High School in 1975. She attended Rose State College and USAO. She was employed by Tastie Freeze Indian City Lanes, Delta Faucet, & Galilean Center. She also did work for OKC Employment Services where she did data entry and office work. She moved to Arizona and worked with the disabled and in-home day care.
Debbie married James Norwood on June 25, 1975.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband James, three brothers: Hosea, Preston, and Quintin Robinson, and one nephew Captain Pete Norwood.

Survivors include special friend Everett Wendell Sanders of 30 years,
1 brother Leon Robinson,
4 sisters: Linda and husband Lonnie Hooks,
Patty Burdex,
Winnie and husband Johnny Virgil,
Casandra Head, all of Anadarko, Oklahoma,
2 Great Aunts: Elnora Edwards of Yuma, Arizona,
Maurice Lee of Luther, Oklahoma,
as well as by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 27, 2019
Greater First Baptist Church
Anadarko, Oklahoma
Rev. Justin Pendarvis will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Anadarko, Oklahoma.
