David Earl Fritz

David Earl Fritz Jr., 83, of Mountain View, OK passed away Monday, June 3rd, 2013 at his residence in Mountain View, OK. He was born November 17th, 1929 in Sedan, OK to David and Myrtle Beatrice (Skaggs) Fritz, Sr. David attended Sedan School, Cache School. He graduated from Cooperton High School in 1948 and attended college at Oklahoma A&M. In 1950 he enlisted in the United States Air Force and was discharged in 1952. He was united in marriage to Ina Ruth Cranfill, November 23, 1952 in Indiahoma, OK. They moved to Mountain View in 1961, where he owned and operated a whole sale fuel business for thirty five years. David was a member of the Rotary Club, American Legion, the Mountain View Masonic Lodge, and a life time member of the American Quarter Horse Association. He served as president of the Chamber of Commerce and also on the City Council for twelve years. David was a member of the Church of Christ in Mountain View, OK.
