Darrick Wayne Haunpo, 49, passed away December 27, 2020 in his home in Anadarko, OK after a lengthy illness. He was born May 20, 1972 in Lawton, Oklahoma to James Howard Haunpo, Sr and Mary Julian (Tartsah) Haunpo.
Darrick grew up at Hog Creek in the Anadarko areas. He graduated from Anadarko Public School in 1990. He played the trumpet in the band. He also played the bass guitar, drums, etc. He married Flory Valenzuela Haunpo in February of 1999 in Anadarko, OK. They were blessed with 3 children David, Adriahna, and Jamie. Darrick worked at various jobs. He worked at Warrior Mart, Pizza Hut, etc.
He loved playing different instruments at church, cooking, serving the Lord and witnessing to other's about God, showing others love and kindness. He loved his family with all his heart. Darrick's hobbies were watching the Colt's football and Cub's baseball teams.
