Cynthia Jean (Rheaume) Medley passed from this life on October 20th, 2017 at her home in Fort Cobb. She was born on August 21, 1951 to George Rheaume and Katherine Frenette in Roseburg, Oregon. She married Nelson Medley on December 17, 1996 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cynthia was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge.
