He was born November 24, 1990 in Clarksville, Arkansas, to Donald Gene Mefford and Vicky Hall.. He attended school in Springdale, AR and was working for SESCO Seed Company, Hobart, OK. He loved hunting, fishing and especially loved working on cars and watching his friends race. He loved to ride four wheelers with his best friend, Grant Jackson and other friends.
