Cory Mitchell Blevins, 52, Verden resident, passed away Friday May 15th, 2015, in Chickasha, OK. He was born September 25, 1962, to Wesley and Georgia (Kanouse) Blevins in Anadarko, OK.
Cory was raised and attended school in Verden, graduating as Salutatorian of the class of 1980. He attended Canadian Valley Vo-Tech for a little over two years studying electronic and computer technology. Cory worked at Maremont for seven years and then at Pizza Hut as an assistant manager for a while. He then helped his father with texturing walls until finally going to work for the Badgett Corporation as a machinist until failing health forced his retirement.
Cory enjoyed eating out and messing with computers. He really loved electronics and motorcycles.
He is survived by 2 Brothers: Andy Blevins and wife Jennifer, Verden, OK
