Corwin Lavoy Walker

Corwin Lavoy Walker of Moore, OK was born on September 29, 1967 to James and Francene (Haywood) Walker. He was granted his angel wings on Sunday, September 29, 2024 in Moore, Oklahoma.

Corwin was baptized at an early age at Greater First Baptist Church. He attended Anadarko Public Schools and graduated with the Class of 1985 He played football and was a wrestler for the Anadarko Warriors.

Corwin served in the Army and was honorably discharged. He retired from the Moore Public Schools after 12 years in December of 2023

Corwin loved his children, family and friends, especially his grandchildren He was an avid fan of OU Sooner Football and the 49er's

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Francene (Haywood) Walker, Sister Anteesha Walker, maternal and paternal grandparents. Aunts Joanne Perry, Carrie Haywood-Hunter, Olivia Walker, Betty Pollard and Katherine Walker Uncles George "Coney" Haywood, Otis Charles Haywood, Billy Jenkins and David Walker

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Gabrielle Coulter and husband K of Anadarko, Xavier Walker and wife Courtney of Anadarko, Jakobe Walker of Moore, Brey Walker of Dallas, TX and Rikia Walker of Anadarko, 5 grandchildren, Tristan, Josiah, Brooklyn, Julian, Brynlee and a grand baby on the way. His 4 aunts, Twila King, Priscilla Haywood, Dorothy Haywood all of Anadarko, and Ruthie Wilkinson and husband Henry of Lawton, 1 uncle Jessie Walker Sr. of Anadarko and wife Toni, special friends, Kenny Ken, Jay Mannien (Coach Jay),Marc Everett (E), Alicia & Jessica Clayton. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
