Clifford Henry Wall

Clifford H. Wall, 92 of Anadarko, OK passed away on October 27, 2022. He was born in Anadarko, OK on June 17, 1930, to Grady H. and Lula Bell (Clift) Wall.

Clifford Attended and graduated from Anadarko Public School. After graduating high school he attended Draughons Business School. In 1949 he enrolled at the University of Oklahoma majoring in accounting and business management. In August of 1950 He married the love of his life, June Roberds.

After graduating from Oklahoma University 1953, he entered the army as a 2nd Lt. He left the army in 1955 having served for two years. At that time Cliff and June began their family and had 3 sons; Dee, Doug and Dusty.

Over the years, he was employed at the Safeway grocery store as an assistant manager and after one year he became a manager. In 1957 he went into partnership with his father-in-law, Cecil Roberds, In the TV and appliance business. During this time, he ventured into two other businesses, a carwash, and an icehouse. In 1978, he entered into an agreement with a classmate to build a cable system in Anadarko which was sold around 1986. Also In 1978, he and a classmate, Max Talley, built an eighty-two room motel and restaurant. He purchased his partner's share in 1985. He closed the motel in 2001 and it was immediately sold to a corporation, He agreed to manage the restaurant and he enjoyed it very much.

Most importantly, Clifford loved his Lord and Savior. He became a Christian and was baptized at age 12. He later joined the First Christian church at the age of 25. He was very active in the church serving as a Sunday school teacher for many years, as well as an elder and a deacon.

He was preceded in death by his: wife, June Wall; son, Dusty; parents, Grady and Lula Wall; sister, Betty Hill.

Doug Wall, Anadarko, OK
Grandchildren: Shelby Wall, Levi Wall, Kami Franklin, Brittany Bush, Kim Lakins, Jacy Wall, Destiny Wall
Many great grandchildren and 1 Great great granddaughter, all whom he loved very much.
