Clara Delois Hooper

Clara "MeMe" Hooper, 78, Mountain View, OK passed away, Friday, January 18th, 2013 at the Carnegie Hospital. She was born September 10, 1934 in Gotebo, OK to Clebert and Mae ( Sampley) Anderson. Clara graduated from Gotebo High School,in 1953 and married Mike Hooper the same year at Anadarko, OK. She and Mike lived in Bethel Acres, OK for 43 years then returning to Mountain View. She coached little league softball and was active in all family school activities attending all ball games from 2000 to present. Clara was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, Mountain View, OK and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Kelli Adams, Oklahoma City, OK
Kami Adams, Shawnee, OK
5 great-grandchildren: Alexis Lowry, Cody Palumbo, Emily, Landen and Teal
Sister: Retha Gooch, Ft. Smith, AR
a host of nieces, nephews and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael, a sister, Colleen Ellis

Services: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at the Pentecostal Holiness Church, Mountain View, OK and burial to follow in the Gotebo Cemetery, Gotebo, OK
under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Mountain View, OK
