Cheryl Ann Bowlin

Cheryl Ann Brewster Bowlin passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Carnegie Tri County Municipal Hospital in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Cheryl was born July 22 1962 in Sulphur, Oklahoma to Harlan Edgar and Barbara Hitch Brewster. Cheryl married David Bowlin December 31 1983 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. To this union three children were born. Tanae, Eric, and Brian. She grew up in Carnegie, Oklahoma and worked outside the home until she opened a Daycare in her home. She took care of children for ten years until her health started to decline.
Cheryl was a loving wife, mother, and memaw. Cheryl was a member of the Carnegie Church of the Nazarene. She was very active in her church where she coached Bible Quizzing. Her teams won many trophies and she took them to International Quizzing in San Antonio, Texas. She also was a Leader of Children's Church for many years. She was Director of Bible School . It was very important to her to teach the children while they were young to instill in them the Love of God.
Survivors: Husband: David Bowlin of Carnegie, Oklahoma
One daughter, Tanae Weaver and her husband Joe of Edmond, Oklahoma
Two sons, Eric Bowlin and his wife Katelin of Carnegie, Oklahoma and Brian Bowlin of
Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Grandchildren: Ellie and Addie Weaver, Abby, Remington, and Kimber Bowlin
Mother, Barbara Brewster, Carnegie, Oklahoma
Brothers, Gary Brewster and his wife Jennifer,
Rick & his wife Beverly
Brian Brewster
Kevin & his wife Bonnie.
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Harlen Edgar Brewster, nephew Jason Brewster.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Carnegie Nazarene Church.
Services for Cheryl will be Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 2:00 at the Church of the Nazarene in Carnegie, Oklahoma.

Tuesday, February 14, 2017 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Interment: Carnegie Cemetery, Carnegie, Oklahoma
Under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie, Oklahoma.
