Chasity Harper, 19, of Hobart, passed away on Saturday, July 31st, 2010. She was born January 14, 1991 in Montrose, CO to Billy Dean and Suzanne (Giron) Harper. She grew up in Chilllicothe, MO and moved to Hobart at the age of 12 years. She worked at the sale barn and Sonic Drive In. Her favorite dog was "Whiskey".
